Q1: Are you factory or trading company, can you accept OEM?
A: We are a factory, accept OEM/ODM orders, just give us your design, we will make samples for you soon.
Q2: Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?

Q3: What is the delivery time?
A: 2-7 days for sample and 10-30 days for mass production.
Q4: Can I get one sample? Should I pay for it?
A: Sample is free. You only have to bear the shipping cost. Sample cost would be refunded as soon as you place the official order.
Q5: How to inspect the product during production?
A: We have QC department to follow raw material and finished inspection.Special inspection instrument in the lab to do necessory test.3rd party inspection report to be done.
Q6: What is your warranty?
A: We offer you 12 months warranty. Hard shell car rooftop tent will upgrade to 24 months warranty.
Q7: How does your quality control?
A: We have our own professional QC team to insure all of products are in good quality.
Q8: What is the payment terms?
A: You can pay through Alibaba trade assrance, TT, Paypal etc.
Q9: What's the shipping way?

Q10: Is your tent strong and stable enough? How about the wind loading?
A: Yes, It is can resist wind up to 100 km/hr, if the wind or snow is very very heavy, please tell us and we will strengthen the tent to keep you safe!
Q11: Does your tent be able to installed repeatedly? What is the life span?
A: Our tents can be assembled and dismantled easily and repeatedly with small transportation size.The lifespan of aluminum framework can reach 8-10 years, and 4-6 years for PVC fabrics depending on different conditions of usage.
Q12: What documents are available?
A: A full range documents including structural drawings, packing list, installation manual and relative certificates can be provided.
