ü If we have stock about the sample you need we can send to you by free,you only need pay the freight ,but if we don’t have enough wen need remake a new sample for you ,you need pay $50-$80 sam[ple fee and freight.
v What’s the diameter you can make about this product?
ü We can do the diameter from 2mm to 30mm,but 12 strands and 16 strands only can do from 2mm to 6mm.
v How long this product can lasts glow-in-the-dark?
ü After 30~60 minutes of exposure to sunlight or other light sources ,the light can last 3 to 5 hours.
v What do I need do if I want to customize the pattern?
ü You only need send the picture about the pattern to us and tell us what’s the color you need is ok.
