Safety rope is a common protective equipment to prevent high-altitude operators from falling. In addition to the two most commonly used benchmarks, the safety rope must have sufficient strength to withstand the impact force when the human body falls; (2) It can prevent the human body from falling to a certain limit that can cause injury, but also learn to set the safety rope. 1. The walking horizontal safety rope should adopt fiber core 6 with plastic sleeve × The technical performance of 37 + 1 steel wire rope shall meet the requirements of gbll02 round strand steel wire rope, and shall be provided with product production license and product factory certificate.
2. The manufacturer of safety rope suggests that both ends of the safety rope should be fixed on a firm and reliable frame, wound on the frame for no less than 2 turns, and padded when in contact with the edges and corners of the frame.
3. The fixed connection of the end of the safety rope shall use the rope clamp (also known as the safety rope clamp), the rope clamp pressing plate shall be at one end of the long head of the steel wire rope, the number of rope clamps shall not be less than 3, and the spacing of rope clamps shall not be less than 6 times the diameter of the steel wire rope; The safety collet is installed about 500mm away from the last collet. The rope head shall be released for a section of safety bend and then clamped with the main rope.
4. The fixed height of safety rope shall be 1.1 ~ 1.4m; A fixed support point shall be set every 2m; After the safety rope is fixed, the sag shall be 10 ~ 30mm.
5. The walking horizontal safety rope is only used as the holding rope for high-altitude workers when walking under special circumstances of high-altitude operation. It is strictly prohibited to be used as the hanging point of safety belt. Frequently check whether the fixed end or fixed point is loose, and whether the safety rope is damaged, corroded and broken.
