There are many kinds of nylon ropes. If divided according to the purpose, nylon ropes can be divided into three categories: horizontal safety ropes, vertical safety ropes and fire safety ropes. Nylon ropes with different functions have different characteristics:
1、 Horizontal safety rope
Horizontal safety rope refers to the safety rope used for horizontal movement operation on the steel frame. Because the safety rope should be installed horizontally, it is required that the rope should have small elongation and high sliding rate. The rope is generally injected with steel wire rope. The elongation of steel wire rope is small. After injection molding, the appearance sliding performance is very good, which is convenient for the safety hook to move easily on the rope. The diameter of nylon rope is usually 11mm and 13mm after injection molding, which is used with rope clamp and flower basket screw. The rope is widely used in the installation of steel frame in thermal power engineering and the installation and maintenance of steel structure engineering.
2、 Vertical safety rope
Vertical safety rope refers to the protective rope used for the vertical up and down movement of the steel frame. Generally, it is used with the climbing self-locking device. Its requirements for nylon rope are not too high. It can be woven and twisted. However, it is necessary to reach the tensile strength specified by the state. The diameter of the rope is between 16mm-18mm to reach the diameter required for the locking of the climbing self-locking device. The length of the nylon rope is determined by the operation height. One end of the rope is buckled and one is locked with a safety card. The length can be customized according to the requirements of customers.
3、 Fire safety rope
Fire safety rope is mainly used for high-rise building escape. It has two kinds of weaving and twisting. It pays attention to its firmness, lightness and beautiful appearance. The rope diameter is 14mm-16mm, with one buckle and safety card lock. The tensile strength meets the national standard. The length is 15m, 20m, 25m, 30m, 35m, 40m, 45m and 50m. The length can also be customized according to user requirements. The nylon rope is widely used in modern high-rise and small high-rise buildings. The exterior wall cleaning rope is divided into main rope and auxiliary rope. The main rope is used for hanging and cleaning the seat plate. The auxiliary rope is used to prevent accidental falling. The diameter of the main rope is 18mm-20mm. The rope is required to be strong, not loose twist and high tensile strength. The diameter of auxiliary rope is 14mm-18mm, and the standard is the same as that of other nylon ropes.
